alebo presnejsie o programatorov v EU
udalosti v casovom slede (anglictinu hadam ovlada kazdy, kto moze suvislost faktov najst)
zavery su jasne Open Source je Europsky SW
existuju 2 navrhu -
A) zakazat v EU OEM licencie!!!!!!!
B) zakazat ucast produktov Microsoftu vo verejenych vyberovych sutaziach!!!!
EK a EP chcu MS odstavit z trhu v EU, len zatial na to potrebuju zamienku... a Microsoft im ju v kauze Operasvojim konanim dava..

EU: Commission asked to ban sale of PCs with operating system
2 October 2007
Member of the European Left in the European Parliament Erik Meijer wants the European Commission to study possibilities to ban the sale of PC with a pre-installed operating system.
Almost all computer manufacturers deliver PC including a pre-installed OEM-version of the Microsoft Windows operating system. MEP Meijer would prefer to abolish this practice, or else make it easier for consumers to purchase a PC without an operating system. In his questions to the Commission last week, Meijer refers to a recent policy advise from the Globalisation Institute, a European free market think-tank.

12 June 2008
The European Commission should make clear whether or not Microsoft should be excluded from future EC IT procurement projects, says Heide Rühle MEP, internal market spokeswoman for the Greens / EFA in the European Parliament.
Rühle in early April asked the Commission if article 93 of the EC procurement rules excluded Microsoft from participating in current or future tenders for IT projects.
The EC only last Monday replied that these rules offer the possibility, not the obligation, to exclude a company
